April, 2006 The Enka-Candler Fire Department participated in a Disaster Drill held at the Vulcan rock crushing plant. This is a very large rock crushing plant. The Disaster Drill simulated and injured worker in cardiac/pulmonary arrest, and how to safely & quickly evacuate the patient.
